About Caged CrossFit

Caged CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that embraces the CrossFit philosophy.  We offer daily classes, seminars, sport specific training, personal training, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.  We teach a 360-degree approach to health & fitness, encompassing diet, training, and lifestyle. At Caged CrossFit, we offer a friendly, enthusiastic atmosphere where anyone willing to work hard will find all the support they need to achieve their fitness goals. You won’t find hype, mirrors, inflated egos, or promises of easy results here, but you will find a great community of fitness-minded people who are united by a common love for challenging themselves.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit workouts involve constantly varied (we can go months without repeating workouts), functional exercises (we do Olympic lifts, pushups, pull-ups, running, jumping, kettlebells, burpees, box jumps, etc.), done at relatively high intensity (relative to your physical and psychological limits). CrossFit is challenging, fun, and delivers incredible results. It’s also scalable so that anyone – from highly trained athlete to hardly-trained couch potato – can participate and achieve their fitness goals.

QUALIFIED AND ENGAGED TRAINERS

We place great importance on effective teaching and engagement. We are here to serve you and do everything in our ability to make sure you have the most fulfilling and safe experience possible. All of our trainers have either a Level 1 or Level 2 CrossFit Trainer Certification minimum, among other certifications and education.

GREAT COMMUNITY

We are more than a gym. We are a community. Our members enjoy their fitness journey together, supporting each other and developing meaningful relationships along the way. We love our gym! And bring your family! We have a large kids area with some toys, coloring pages, TV and couches to keep our littles occupied. There's also a gate to keep the smaller ones in when workouts are happening!
