CrossFit is a functional, measurable, scalable fitness program, designed to get any person, no matter their experience or level, into the best shape of their life. In this group CrossFit class, participants will be lead by expert coaches through several phases of fitness: a dynamic warm-up, strength elements, the workout of the day “WOD”, and extra credit which focuses on core and skill work. All classes can be tailored to each individual’s fitness level and abilities. This is all done in a fun, dynamic group setting.


We offer one-on-one private sessions. If you would like individualized programming to suit your personal goals we can match you with a coach. Our certified coaches are trained to work with individuals of any age or fitness level.

For some of you out there, the thought of a group class is a little frightening and you’d love to try CrossFit, but in a more intimate setting.​ For others, our schedule might not work for you or you’d like to supplement your sport of choice or everyday training with some CrossFit.


Whatever the reason, we are here to help!


CrossFit Kids will teach your child the importance of physical fitness and show them that exercise can be fun! CrossFit Kids will teach the fundamental movements and exercises focusing on technique first and foremost to prevent injuries further on in life as well.


If you are looking for a fun and challenging way to burn fat, tone muscle, and perform better, then our Noon HIITFit Classes are for you! We offer high-intensity full body workouts in a structured interval training setting (also known as HIIT training or HIIT workouts) that goes far beyond the beaten path of workout circuits and lifting stations. Our classes combine intense cardio with a focus to develop the core aspects of athletic performance in a setting that is friendly, encouraging, and accessible for everyone. Noon HIITFit classes are available Tuesday and Thursdays.


Our Competition Prep Online Programming is for those beginning to take competition seriously or that want to take their fitness to the next level. 

This monthly subscription program includes:

  • A comprehensive training program created by Head Coach Michael Dinkeldein.

  • The program is delivered via app, ensuring anytime access to workouts, and WOD logging.

  • Percentage based weightlifting to fast track your strength gains.

  • 6 Workouts per week, which include gymnastics movements and fun metcons and Emoms


We offer Open Gym during the

following hours:

Monday - Friday: 6.00am-10.00am

and 4.00pm-7.00pm

Saturday: 8.00am-11.00am
