Patrick is a coach at Caged CrossFit, and a Fire Medic for Citrus County Fire Rescue. Patrick believes that surrounding yourself with a positive and motivating community is the key to a healthy lifestyle. Through Caged CrossFit, Patrick continues to teach others about CrossFit and encourage members with their own health and fitness goals. Patrick is not one to sugarcoat, and will never beat around the bush. He is known for telling it how it is, and he admires a hard working no quit attitude. Patrick’s philosophy in life is ”How you do anything is how you do everything” and “Hard work WORKS.”
