  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

  2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.

  3. Blend until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.

  4. Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or cocoa flavor if desired by adding more maple syrup/honey or cocoa powder.

  5. Transfer the mousse to serving bowls or glasses.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set and chill.

  7. Before serving, you can garnish the mousse with fresh berries, chopped nuts, or shaved dark chocolate for added texture and flavor.

Enjoy your guilt-free and creamy Chocolate Avocado Mousse! Feel free to customize it with your favorite toppings or additional flavorings like a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dash of espresso powder. Note that the macronutrient and calorie counts may vary slightly depending on the size and ripeness of the avocados used and any optional toppings or additions.
