Friday: 6.00am, 7.00am, 9.00am, and 4.00pm, 5.00pm, 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am and 9.30am
Noon HIITFit Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon
Open Gym Hours:
