Coach

Originally from Oregon, Christina did track and field in College where she threw hammer, javelin and shot put. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science. Christina found CrossFit in 2021 and instantly fell in love with the competitive atmosphere and the community. She became a coach to deepen her understanding of the sport as a whole and to be a positive part of people's fitness journey and help them achieve their goals. Christina is currently a Firefighter/EMT for Pinellas Park Fire Department. In her free time she loves to try and learn new things, especially adventurous and outdoorsy activities like surfing, hiking, spending time at the beach. You'll find her sharing those things with her husband and dog, Flip.
