Membership Cancellation Request

  1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.

  2. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below no later than 7 days before your invoice date. This will serve as your written cancellation notice.

  3. If you are in a commitment term and would like to cancel early, you will receive a notice with the total fee owed to cancel and your account will be charged upon submitting this request. Refer to your contract for the amount of fee owed.

  4. If you have already been charged for the current month's membership, your membership will end 30 days after your invoice date.
